OpenAI has been working on multiple things to integrate AI into every app and phone we use, and it seems like now the AI firm is onto something more intriguing. It is being said that OpenAI is working on a feature that will allow users to export custom stickers created on ChatGPT straight into WhatsApp. For your information, messaging app stickers are small images that users can send in chats, similar to emojis and GIFs. Most of these stickers are available on WhatsApp under sticker packs, and they can also range from meme-like images with captions to custom illustrations.
Now, WhatsApp also has its own AI-based sticker creation feature, which uses Meta AI to generate images from text prompts. According to a report by Android Authority, OpenAI appears to be working on bringing a similar sticker creation feature to ChatGPT. As per the website, the latest version of the ChatGPT Android app consists of strings related to exporting and downloading stickers. The strings said, "Add to chat apps," "Add to WhatsApp," "ChatGPT Stickers," "WhatsApp (3 minimum)," "Couldn't add stickers to WhatsApp," and "Download stickers."
